Footprints Floors did an outstanding job installing my Smartcore luxury marble vinyltiles over my terra-cotta tiles. They used leveling compound, and the results are gorgeous with a warranty. They installed the foot molding and corrected doors to fit beautifully. Quality at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them without reservation!!

I had a very positive experience with FootPrints Floors. We had some water damaged flooring and needed to replace the entire hardwood kitchen flooring. Greg and his crew were fantastic. They communicated VERY well and promptly. We ran into an issue and they adjusted and were very fair in their pricing. I will absolutely use them again in the future. We did encounter a small issue with/area "squeaking" a few weeks after install. But I connected with the company and they are looking into a way to fix the issue. Overall, I highly recommend FootPrints floors! Great company and customer service.

I was first introduced to the general manager Greg who came out to do the initial consultation and then was assisted for the remainder of the time by the owner Justin to schedule the work. Greg was very friendly, professional, arrived on time for the consultation and answered all my questions. Justin was very professional, friendly, quick to respond to all my multiple emails and also kept me updated every step of the way during the scheduling process, including the day of the repairs. I have zero complaints about anything and would definitely recommend them to friends and family. If I’m ever in need of additional floor work, they will be the first call I make.
