The two guys who came to our home to restore the wood floors were amazing. They were very respectful and did a beautiful job bringing out the beauty in the wood. They were done in a couple of days. I would highly recommend this company.

Ben and his team were amazing to work with. I had them renovate two full bathrooms and they were amazing. Great communication and Ben stopped in every day to check on the progress of the renovations. If anyone is searching for someone to do tile work in their home you MUST use this fabulous company. I am a very picky homeowner, and I have been over the moon with this company. My decorator has put them on the top of her list for the future. Once again they are a 10 plus company!!

From the first phone call to the completion of the jobs that we had done I can not sing high enough praises for jobs well done and very professional. These guys were great; from the estimator thru the installers. Price was reasonable and they fully completed the job in less than one day. We provided the tiles and they brought the grout and trim. No delays; they got right down to work. Everything was professional and they completely cleaned up. We'd recommend without reservations!

Josh and his team are amazing!!! We couldn't be happier with our bathroom remodel, and are so grateful we found Footprints. The whole process was seamless, painless, and very quick- Josh was super helpful for us in finding the right materials for our bathroom, Kyle (our project manager) was great about communication and planning, Carlos and the other gentlemen who worked on the project were thorough and pleasant, and the whole project was done before other contractors we talked to would even have started. I felt perfectly safe having them in my house even when I wasn't there, and it's a breath of fresh air to find contractors who are fair and honest in their dealings, who actually care about the client's best interest, and who are easy to deal with. What impressed me the most was that the whole team went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, and we never had to ask twice for anything- when there was a hiccup in the process they rectified it perfectly, immediately. I am pretty skeptical of most contractors, having worked with roofing businesses in the past, and Footprints far exceeded my standards- I have already recommended them to family members in the area who are planning their own remodels. I would also note that their prices are incredibly reasonable- we got quotes from 4 or 5 other contractors, and Footprints was the only one that was itemized, easily understandable, and more than fair. If you are reading this, go with them!!!

Honestly, they made the whole process simple and painless, which as a homeowner is the best possible outcome! Highly recommend their services to anyone who has flooring needs.

It was a mixed bag. Overall, the finished bathroom looks beautiful; getting there was a bit of a challenge. What should have been a 2 week project ended up being 2+ months (though not all Footprints fault). Communication was faulty... though I had schedules, I seldom knew at what time the workers would actually show. When they did they worked very hard and were conscientious. However, they didn't always know how things were to be done...especially the plumbing, specifically the clawfoot tub. Footprint did stand behind the work and as issue came up or were discovered they stepped in to resolve. I do recommend their work, but be prepared to closely Project Manage the project with them.

Keith is a great to work with! He is experienced and reliable. Highly recommend Footprints Bath & Tile, they get the job done!
