This is my second time using Footprints Bath and Tile Works. Last year, I had my kitchen floor installed which was done exceptionally well. This year I just had my stairs converted from carpet to hardwood. Chip took the time to explain the process and helped me pick the correct stain to match my hardwood floors. He also checked back to look at project each day The workers that came were on time and very professional. They were also very pleasant. Finished the job in about a day and a half. Everything was cleaned up- leaving the area very neat. I am not the most experienced with house renovations, but honestly this group will take care of you. When I save up again, plan on converting my upstairs hallway to hard wood!!
