I asked for an estimate for wood floors damaged by water. Alan (owner) did some investigating to determine if I had mold or any other damage. He recommended to wait until the fall when the heater is turned back on.Thereby allowing the wood to acclimate and the moisture to disappear. It should return to normal. Very impressed with his knowledge of floors and preventative maintenance. I highly recommend Footprint Floors!
