Amazing work and great communication. Josh and his team did an amazing full bath remodel in our primary bathroom. We were feeling very stressed about this full bath remodel project as we have never done a project of this size. Thankfully, we called Footprints and they helped us each step of the way and their attention to detail and communication made the whole process (again, a full bath remodel with lots of demo work and custom tiled showers with in-lays). This is a not-so-simple project for the average contractor, but Footprints was very professional and we highly recommend them!

Footprints remodeled my master bathroom. They did excellent work and the price was right. They did the job timely and professionally. If any issues arose, they brought to my attention immediately and were full of sound advice. They paid attention to every detail. Everyone involved with the project was professional and courteous. I would highly Footprints to anyone wanting a top quality remodel.

Saul and his team did a great job. The quality of their work is 1st class and they worked really fast to complete the job. We would hire them again for any hardwood floor needs.

These guys were great; from the estimator thru the installers. Price was reasonable and they fully completed the job in less than one day. We provided the tiles and they brought the grout and trim. No delays; they got right down to work. Everything was professional and they completely cleaned up. We'd recommend without reservations!

The whole process was seamless, painless, and very quick- Josh was super helpful for us in finding the right materials for our bathroom, Kyle (our project manager) was great about communication and planning, Carlos and the other gentlemen who worked on the project were thorough and pleasant, and the whole project was done before other contractors we talked to would even have started. I felt perfectly safe having them in my house even when I wasn't there, and it's a breath of fresh air to find contractors who are fair and honest in their dealings, who actually care about the client's best interest, and who are easy to deal with. What impressed me the most was that the whole team went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, and we never had to ask twice for anything- when there was a hiccup in the process they rectified it perfectly, immediately. I am pretty skeptical of most contractors, having worked with roofing businesses in the past, and Footprints far exceeded my standards- I have already recommended them to family members in the area who are planning their own remodels. I would also note that their prices are incredibly reasonable- we got quotes from 4 or 5 other contractors, and Footprints was the only one that was itemized, easily understandable, and more than fair. If you are reading this, go with them!!!

I have used Footprints Flooring 2 times and they were great to work with. Finished in quoted time. Just added tiled floor in the kitchen. It turned out perfectly. Saul was great to work with as well.

We’ve loved working with Footprints. They installed hardwood throughout our home and more recently, they built out a shower alcove and did the tile in our bathroom (shower and floor). They also helped with a consultation when we were planning the bathroom work. It all looks stunning — I’ll try to remember to update with photos when the full bathroom project is finished. Every time we’ve had questions, or when there has been a roadblock, even when it was our fault, our project manager Saul helped find a solution. Footprints also has great recommendations for plumbing, drywall, joist work, etc. We’ve been lucky to work with them and will absolutely go to them for any future projects!

Our experiences with Footprints have been spectacular. After a great experience with Footprints doing my downstairs floors, I had them complete my floor tile and shower tile in my bathroom. I can't say enough about what a good job Carlos and his team did. They are very highly skilled even with a complex herringbone floor pattern. Every detail was thought out, and done to perfection. Communication was great with Saul and the team to make sure they understood what I was looking for. They exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for a tiler, these guys are superb. I trust them with any future projects. Everyone worked hard and they showed up on time and finished on time from demo to install. Cost of project was also very reasonable. Saul did a great job coordinating with other services needed such as the plumber and wall repair and paint. Saul was always available answering my questions.

I am extremely pleased and satisfied with the work on my new spectacular bathroom floor. The workers were on time, I always given advanced notice/updates, cleaned up after working, etc. Compared to other proposals theirs was just what I needed and many hundreds of dollars less for the same job. I urge you consider them for your projects.

The beauty they create in just one day is astounding. They completed floor renovations in 2022 and 2024, at speeds faster than we ever expected. The crew is absolutely wonderful to work with -- tireless, helpful, very skilled, well-trained and precise. 2025 - Here we are, in need of tile replaced after water damage was discovered. Footprints Floors came to the rescue again, no time lost. Still expeditious and efficient as before. They gave us the sense that something was accomplished this week!
