I had ordered my flooring from Home Depot and was told it would take 3 months to get an install date. I drove past an FootPrints Flooring truck and contacted the Medina location thru their website. The day after I contacted them, Nick came to my home and measured for a quote. I received the quote the following morning. As soon as the materials arrived, I called to schedule an install date. I was given an install date approximately 10 days out. Nick texted me a week early because he had had a cancellation because of a delay in some new construction and said he could start the work in two days. I jumped at the opportunity. Nick and his team arrived on time and ready to start the job. The team was efficient and worked very hard throughout the day. They finished the entire first floor of my house in one day! They offered to move the leftover materials to my basement or garage. My floors are beautiful! I could not be more pleased with the installation that FootPrint Flooring has performed! I am a very satisfied customer and I already have a quote from Nick for the installation of flooring for my stairs and second floor!

Footprints refinished a large area of oak floors in my kitchen, sun room, dinette, closets,and foyer. This included repairing significant damage where my dishwasher leaked and warped the boards. They custom-blended stain samples and applied them to the floor so I could see exactly how the finished work would look. They did everything possible to minimize the disruption during and after the work. This includes moving furniture and hanging plastic. They used a powerful vacuum sander to prevent the inevitable sawdust from spreading through the house. I’m very pleased with the results and I recommend them highly

I used Footprint tile to put up my backsplash. After contacting them on the internet for a quote they came over within days to give me a quote. Nick, the representative that came to the house was very knowledge about the work that needed to be done. He gave me suggestions on what to do such as grout color and tile placement. I liked that he spent a great deal of time with me during the visit. Within weeks they were able to start the installation process. Nick came before the installation began to introduce me to the installer. Jim, the installer, was very courteous and work carefully. Each day Nick came to look over the work that was done and asked if I had any concerns. I am very pleased with the finished product.

We were very pleased with the work that Footprints Floors did for us. They were courteous, prompt, professional and our floor looks just beautiful. We had an ugly stain in our hardwood floor for which we thought nothing would remove it. Nick, the owner, personally came to look at it and gave us a very fair estimate. Because we were selling our house, we asked to have it done within two weeks and although he was very busy, he managed to squeeze us into his schedule. We were grateful for the job he did and we would highly recommend him for any flooring job.

Footprints has been great. They installed our new Pergo Timbercraft floors. They were always on time. They also refinished 3 hardwood bedrooms. They are amazing. We could not have made a better choice. We will definitely use them again, and we highly recommend them.

I called around looking for someone to be able to install a kitchen & laundry room backsplash. My kitchen was a total remodel that did not go smoothly so I was careful in whom I selected because I didn't need any more headaches. I am so glad I selected them. Nick V. was not only courteous and professional he took a genuine interest and stopped by many times during the installation to make sure everything was going well. Matthew, the installer, worked diligently and asked many questions to make sure all the details were correct. He also made sure that he cleaned up after himself.
