Before starting his business he worked in service and customer-facing roles for 17 years. This has helped him develop great communication skills and he approaches all his conversations with a goal to understand exactly what is desired, to walk through the process of how you'll get there, and make the whole process as easy as possible. He also stays up to date on industry standards and proper installation methods to ensure things are done correctly.
