I hired Footprints Flooring to repair my wood floors. The job consisted of sanding, staining and 3 coats of polyurethane. They showed up on time and began work immediately. Due to the recent wrath of hurricane Ida here in Northern NJ, I had quite of bit of flooding that ruined about 900 sq feet of carpet in my basement. I decided the best long term alternative would be to install new tile. I reached out to Footprints Floors of North Jersey on a Monday and Omar was at my home on Tuesday morning to offer me an in person estimate. His estimate was fair and accurate and he was able to start my tile installation project that Thursday morning. His team executed my project with accuracy and precision and the huge tile job was complete within 3 days. He and his team were polite and friendly and communicated with me constantly throughout the project. I couldn’t be happier with how my new basement marble floors turned out! This was a great experience overall! Our job was a hardwood floor refinish and repair in the living room and hallway areas of our 70 year-old home. I was contacted the same day as my estimate request, and Omar was onsite within a couple of days for an assessment and same-day estimate! Footprints Floors worked around our schedule, maintained communication, and kept us informed of status and timing. The work was top-notch, and they were able to sand-out years of pet stains and seamlessly replace water-damaged boards with beautiful results. Fantastic job! Footprints Floors of North Jersey installed our new hardwood floors for us and laced the new wood floor into the existing wood floor seamlessly. They then refinished and stained all of our wood floors. BEAUTIFUL! Omar worked with us to get the exact color we wanted.
