From start to finish the project was completed in a timely manner and the installation was flawless. Footprint provided several well known tile supply stores and a material lists of what I needed to purchase including quantities. Once I selected and purchased the tile and installation materials, I arranged for Footprint to pick up them up from the store. The installation took two days. Footprint provided easy payment option online.

I am absolutely blown away with Gary and his Team! I had a different type of request, as I'm a dog groomer and I needed a dog grooming studio put into my downstairs area. He knocked it out of the park! The studio looks like it has always been there and works like a charm. He told me how long it would take and he delivered! We have been waiting eight years to remodel our shower because every other contractor told us we had to demo our arched entrance and start over. Scott was the only one who truly appreciated the arch, understood my vision, and immediately said it could be done. The team at Footprints is truly in a league of its own: • The Management: Louie was incredible. His communication was seamless throughout the entire project, and he managed every detail with total professionalism. • The Demo: The tear-down was a one-man crew who was absolutely surgical as he removed the old tile inside the arch without disturbing the face —all while using professional dust walls to keep our home spotless. • The Plumbing: The plumbers did a fantastic job with the rough-in and installation, ensuring everything was perfectly positioned, rock-solid, and pressure-tested, giving us total "zero-leak" confidence. • The Tile Artistry: Riann is a true master. From the custom faux-brick window niche to perfectly aligned stacked niches, Riann nailed every single one, lining up grout joints across different walls with world-class symmetry.
