These guys were great; from the estimator thru the installers. Price was reasonable and they fully completed the job in less than one day. We provided the tiles and they brought the grout and trim. No delays; they got right down to work. Everything was professional and they completely cleaned up. We'd recommend without reservations!

Josh and his team are amazing!!! We couldn't be happier with our bathroom remodel, and are so grateful we found Footprints. The whole process was seamless, painless, and very quick- Josh was super helpful for us in finding the right materials for our bathroom, Kyle (our project manager) was great about communication and planning, Carlos and the other gentlemen who worked on the project were thorough and pleasant, and the whole project was done before other contractors we talked to would even have started. I felt perfectly safe having them in my house even when I wasn't there, and it's a breath of fresh air to find contractors who are fair and honest in their dealings, who actually care about the client's best interest, and who are easy to deal with. What impressed me the most was that the whole team went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, and we never had to ask twice for anything- when there was a hiccup in the process they rectified it perfectly, immediately. I am pretty skeptical of most contractors, having worked with roofing businesses in the past, and Footprints far exceeded my standards- I have already recommended them to family members in the area who are planning their own remodels. I would also note that their prices are incredibly reasonable- we got quotes from 4 or 5 other contractors, and Footprints was the only one that was itemized, easily understandable, and more than fair. If you are reading this, go with them!!!

It was a mixed bag. Overall, the finished bathroom looks beautiful; getting there was a bit of a challenge. What should have been a 2 week project ended up being 2+ months (though not all Footprints fault). Communication was faulty... though I had schedules, I seldom knew at what time the workers would actually show. When they did they worked very hard and were conscientious. However, they didn't always know how things were to be done...especially the plumbing, specifically the clawfoot tub. Footprint did stand behind the work and as issue came up or were discovered they stepped in to resolve. I do recommend their work, but be prepared to closely Project Manage the project with them.

I recently hired Footprints to install wall tile to my bathtub area, and I couldn’t be happier. Ben and his team were excellent! They did the job within a week of being retained. Everything was done neatly and they cleaned up the job site very well. Most importantly the price was the most affordable in the area compared to other contractors that I called. I highly recommend Footprints Floor & Tile for any tile job. I have attached the before, during and after construction pictures to show the results.

Just absolutely wonderful!! I researched a few companies and had a couple quotes before deciding to go with Footprints! Chip was ultimately (along with pricing, of course;) the reason I went with them! He is just fabulous! He’s responsive, kind, and patient! He provided multiple options and answered any questions I had regarding materials and best options. Chip and Andrew met up with me at the tile shop to look at materials and provide their professional opinion regarding my tile preferences. I felt no pressure to go one way or the other. Alan and his team redid our backsplash. Alan was very helpful throughout the process and the backsplash was installed with great care. We are very happy with the result and would recommend Alan and his team to anyone needing help with a backsplash.

Needed to have some old carpet ripped up and new LVP laid down. Chip was fantastic! He spoke to me about the entire process and helping me choose the color that would fit best in my home. He is very knowledgeable and honest and I would highly recommend them to anyone!
