Bryan grew up in south Denver. He attended the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO and served his country after graduation. Like most who serve, Bryan’s military experience strengthened his belief in, and commitment to, integrity, duty and leadership.

When Bryan and his wife Kelli settled in Littleton, Colorado they started a family…three rambunctious girls and two very big dogs. It was then, Bryan noticed that the flooring industry in Denver was highly inefficient and unscrupulous. It was nearly impossible to find providers who worked with a true sense of honesty and fairness. Changing this was not only an opportunity for Bryan, it was practically a calling.

“Putting the customer first and creating an impeccable reputation in this industry was Job number one,” says Bryan, about his goals for his future flooring company in Denver. He named it Footprints Floors and created a unique company structure that promoted the best in people, products, and business practices. It worked! So much so that Footprints Floors is one of the largest flooring service providers in Colorado and across the nation.

Park currently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Wood Flooring Association. Under Park’s leadership, Footprints Floors has expanded to 150+ territories across the United States and was recently named one of the fastest growing franchises in America by Entrepreneur magazine.

Alan is the proud owner of Footprints Floors in North Dallas, servicing the areas of Allen, Frisco, Plano, McKinney and the surrounding area. Born and raised in England, Alan moved from his London home to Ohio in 2007 before relocating to Dallas with his wife, and 3 kids in 2013.

Alan joined the Footprints Floors team after 25 years working in financial services, where he was responsible for many critical customer facing services. This taught him the value of focusing on attention to detail, and responding quickly and thoughtfully when assisting customers.

In his dealing with construction contractors in Dallas, Alan saw a gap and a tremendous opportunity to bring his strong customer focus mentality, and project management skills to the local flooring installation industry.

Alan and his family are active at the local and district level of Scouting (BSA) community, where all 3 kids are cub and boy scouts actively working toward Eagle rank. The whole family enjoys nothing better than tent or trailer camping with their 2 big dogs.

Adnan is the proud owner of Footprints Floors & Bath and Tile servicing the Metro Detroit western and northwestern suburbs from West Bloomfield all the way west to Milford, south to Plymouth, and all cities in between. Adnan was born and raised in Metro Detroit. He attended Wayne State University where he met his lovely wife, Marwa, of nine years. Adnan and Marwa have two amazing children, a daughter of 5 years and a son of 2 years.

At a young age, Adnan learned the value of good work ethic while working in his father's IT business. He later took a job at a Michigan-based engineering consulting firm and gained over ten years of experience in business operations management.

In his free time, Adnan enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling. From fishing and canoeing to camping, he likes to embark on new journeys. Adnan has been to eight states and thirteen different countries. He is also a foodie and enjoys coming up with new recipes.

Matt Therriault is the proud owner of the Footprints Floors Peachtree City and is no stranger to the home renovation industry. After moving to Atlanta from Chicago with his wife and two daughters about 7 years ago, Matt started a business called Peachtree City Home Rescue, and began working small remodeling jobs all over southern Georgia. Matt is a former firefighter, paramedic, and professional renovation expert. He uses his extensive knowledge of the flooring industry, as well as his skills in communicating with customers and individuals in the community to ensure that every customer not only has a great looking floor after the project, but that the experience as a whole is a memorable professional one. He has high standards of honesty, integrity and professionalism and brings these with him to every project and every customer he interacts with. Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters and is excited to expand the Footprints Floors quality, experience, and service to the Southern Georgia area.

Josh and Natalia Byrd have always wanted to open a business and are the proud owners of Footprints Floors Nashville.

Josh graduated from Louisiana Tech with an associate degree in Applied Science with a focus in Instrumentation. After school he became a field service engineer for General Electric for 9 years. The first 5 years out of school, he traveled the world working for General Electric and even had the pleasure of working in the London 2012 Olympic games.

Natalia is from Brazil. She came to the U.S. on a full ride tennis scholarship to Belmont University in Nashville. After completing her BBA and MBA, she worked in different business and finance roles for Nissan North America and Schneider Electric. Natalia is currently the Finance Manager and Associate Head tennis coach at Montgomery Bell Academy.

I was born and raised in Virginia to a large family of five boys. I met my wonderful wife Melissa at church and we were married 27 years ago. We were blessed with four children, Hannah, Caroline, Jonathan and Luke. The girls have graduated college and are blessed with good jobs; the boys are still in college.

My dad was a wonderful Christian man and a hard worker who taught us to treat others with the highest respect and ethical standards. Almost all of us boys have worked in the construction industry to work our ways through school and feed our families. Two of my brothers still work in the construction field and continue to maintain the high standard of excellence we learned from dad.

I have earned two master's degrees. The first in math education allowed me to teach high school mathematics in the Richmond area for 5 years, first at Powhatan High school and then at the Governor's School. The second degree was a Master's of Divinity. After graduation in 2002 I served for a short period in a South Carolina church as the church administrator and youth director. Then in 2004 our family moved to Albania where I served with a Christian leadership and church planting ministry. We lived full time in Albain for seven wonderful years. Po, flas shqip!

After returning from Europe, I was blessed to start a successful business that helps families find safe senior living options. I still own and manage this business because of the fabulous employees who put our families' interest first and always do the right thing by them. I am excited to bring my many years of experience in serving others to the flooring industry in Virginia.

Brandon is the proud owner of Footprints Floors operating in Charlotte, North Carolina. Originating from Pennsylvania, Brandon enjoys working with the beautiful old homes of the area, and the equally fine floors to be found there. Brandon became involved with Footprints following a visit from Bryan, his brother-in-law and founder of Footprints Floors. During Bryan's visit to the Lake Erie area, the two got to talking about the business opportunity and community service a company like Footprints could bring to the region. "I am both proud and happy to be working within the family business," says Brandon. "Each floor is as different as the people who own them and I enjoy working to create a unique beautiful finished product in every case."

Brandon joined the Footprints team after years of restaurant ownership. "From my time in the kitchen, I learned the value of customer service and a quality product. These two almost always create happy and successful relationships with customers. I believe the same is true for helping improve people's homes." Brandon prides himself on the calm and helpful relationships he strives for with each of his customers as well as his commitment to the finer details of home improvement.

With his free time, Brandon enjoys mountain biking in the Charlotte area or spending time on the family paddle boards on the lakes of the Carolina's. "No matter how your day is going, a few minutes spent by the lake make it better!"

Clint is the proud owner of Footprints Floors Columbus and is an Ohio native who grew up in one of Ohio's many wonderful rural communities, where he learned the small-town values of integrity and lasting friendships. He attended Ohio University at both regional campuses, as well as in Athens. After serving in the Army National Guard for 8 years, Clint had the opportunity to work in places like New York and Chicago but has always felt Ohio is his true home. When starting his own small business, Clint decided to put his varied list of experiences and attributes to work by placing an extremely high value on honesty and genuine connection with customers. From the initial estimate, to the final punch list walkthrough, Clint strives to ensure the best floor remodeling experience for his community, at the best value.

Living and working in Columbus for over 15 years now, Clint and wife Hiroko are happy to call Westerville home. When they are not working, they both love to try new foods, experimenting with new recipes at home, and enjoying local vendors’ offerings. They also love to travel and look forward to the time when that can again be part of their lives.

Dan owns the Footprints Floors Parker and Castle Rock franchise. Living in Sedalia, with his wife Joyce, Dan enjoys and values the unique beauty of the Parker and Castle Rock landscapes. Dan and Joyce raised their two sons in Sedalia and can't imagine living anywhere else.

While gathering estimates for a hardwood flooring project in his home, Dan met Bryan. His broad and solid business background provided good conversation for the two entrepreneurs. Over the following months, Dan and Bryan agreed that Dan would be a great fit for the Footprints Floors team.

Dan brings an incredible wealth of knowledge to Footprints Floors. He and his son, Conner, are continually refining their father and son partnership to provide the best option for hardwood floors in the Parker and Castle Rock areas. Each customer represents an opportunity to Dan and Conner to provide quality service and a quality product at a fair price. Dan enjoys this daily challenge and is excited about the future of Footprints Floors in beautiful Parker and Castle Rock.

Brian is the proud partner and owner of Footprints Floors Indianapolis, IN. Brian married his high school sweetheart Torrie, and they are busy raising their twin boys Hayden and Greyson.

Early in his career Brian worked with customers, primarily residential, offering tree removal and pruning services. In his free time (clearly before kids) he utilized his skills in helping homeowners with various home improvement projects; decks, landscape, light duty carpentry, and even resurfacing of hardwood floors.

Brian has established a reputation in the industry of Franchise Development, managing the recruitment of new franchise partners for growth oriented franchise organizations. Upon first interaction with Bryan Park and Footprints Floors he realized that he wanted to join forces with a winning service business. Offering a disruptive and professional approach to an oftentimes unprofessional service is the attraction that Brian has towards Footprints Floors.

Tom grew up in the northern Michigan area and now has called Indianapolis home for over 15 years. Tom has spent over 25 years in the service and sales industry with an extensive background in operations and marketing. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his son, Noah, checking out local music venues, listening to and collecting vinyls, and traveling.

With almost three decades of management/leadership, service, and marketing experience. He is extremely passionate about customer service, highly efficient project management, integrity, transparency and superior workmanship with results. Tom maintains excellent relationships with his installation technicians, works closely with them and values their partnership to provide the best floors for his customers.

Brian grew up in the Denver area, and has four siblings. He is married to his wife, Mishon, and together they have three beautiful children - Beau, Bentley, and Bella. Brian has spent 20+ years in the service industry and as a small business owner with an extensive background in both food service and residential real estate. After spending seven years in Indianapolis in the restaurant industry Brian and Mishon headed back west to Colorado to pursue other business opportunities, be closer to family, and to embrace the incredible quality of life that Colorado has to offer. When Brian is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, downhill skiing, golfing, and traveling.

Floyd is the proud owner of Footprints Floors of Orlando servicing the Greater Orlando Area. Born and raised in New York City, he also spent much of his early childhood in Belize. Floyd is married to his lovely wife Renita. Together they have two children, ages nine and four. The family recently relocated from New York City to Florida for a better quality of life.

Floyd studied Physics at Binghamton University in upstate New York where he earned a Bachelor's degree. He brings with him over twenty years of operations leadership and management experience in the telecommunications industry from his time with Verizon. His roles were primarily focused on customer service, problem solving and process improvement. Floyd is excited to put his skills to work and continue to grow with Footprints Floors.

In his free time Floyd enjoys spending time with the family, golfing, and traveling.

Gary has had a hammer in his hand since he was 7 years old, a second generation finish carpenter who knows good trim work when he sees it. His passion is helping clients make an informed decision based on the latest industry standards. Gary, his mother and his mother-in-law operate the Twin Cities Footprints location and truly enjoy what they do. Gary is married with three children, and they love to camp and spend time together outdoors. Gary has led and managed teams for over 22 years and believes that great things come through mentoring others.

Lee is the proud co-owner of Footprints Floors of Southern CT, servicing from Greenwich to Fairfield. Moving from Montreal, Canada to Dallas, TX in middle school, Lee has lived in many cities around North America, but he has called the Tri-state area home for the better part of 10 years.

After graduating with a degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Lee spent 14 years working in the beverage industry with a focus on sales and marketing, consulting with clients of all sizes to build successful programs tailored to individual needs. Now, running a small business of his own, Lee has taken his passion for educating and customizing solutions and applied it to his work of helping transform homes throughout his community. With excellent communications skills, attention to detail, customer service and professionalism, Footprints Floors of Southern CT excels in making customers' dreams into reality.

When not focused on bringing people joy through transforming their homes, Lee is an insatiable skier, a mediocre recreational athlete, a connoisseur of craft beer and a lover of all things furry.

Matt grew up in Oregon and recently relocated to Chandler, Arizona with his wife Stephane and 2 boys Jaden (15), and Tegan (6). He has been self employed for the past 10 years owning and operating 2 Self Serve Frozen Yogurt shops as well as an epoxy countertop business. After starting his countertop business he realized his passion was in the home service industry and wanted to go all in helping clients transform their homes and bring their visions to life. The partnership with Footprints Floors was a perfect fit to compliment his high level of service and craftsmanship. In his free time he enjoys hanging out with friends and family, traveling, cooking, watching his kids play sports, and anything outdoors.

John H Gilbert is an accomplished leader, and has years of experience in project management, product development, and customer service in the pharmaceutical industry. A few years ago, John wanted to make a change for himself and his family, John is now the owner of two Footprints Floors franchise territories spanning the Lowcountry of costal Georgia and South Carolina. John is proud to interact daily with customers and his crews alike, while running the day-to-day operations of the business, and takes pride in being involved in every step of any flooring projects. From initial estimate to the final punch list, John ensures that every customer is treated equally, with respect, and will go the extra mile to see customers fall in love with their brand-new floor.

Embracing life as a small business owner, John is excited, through Footprints Floors, to bring his problem-solving skills, product knowledge, and professionalism to an industry that often lacks it. John and his wife Connie have been happily married for 30 years, and have been blessed with two grown children, Kelsey and Cade, and have welcomed their 1st grandchild into the Footprints Floors family. John enjoys spending time with his family, watching college basketball, playing golf and investing in others to develop their skills and talents.

Dan Hermansen is the proud owner of Footprints Floors serving Kansas City and the surrounding area. Dan was born in Iowa, but moved to Texas at a young age and did most of his growing up in the Lonestar State. He and his lovely wife Laura moved to Kansas City in 2011 with a five year plan. Ten years and three wonderful children later, they are here to stay. Dan enjoys spending his spare time working around the house, fixing broken toys, or just hanging out with Laura and the kids. The Hermansens are committed to providing high quality service centered around professionalism and respect for our clients.

Laura Hermansen is the proud owner of Footprints Floors serving Kansas City and the surrounding area. Laura is a Native Texan turned Midwesterner in 2011. She has worked as a certified Speech Language Pathologist for over 15 years and is looking forward to new adventures in the Flooring industry. Owning a business with her husband, Dan, has been a goal for many years and they look forward to teaching their children the tools of the trade. Renee is the proud owner of a Footprints franchise in sunny Florida! She grew up in Ohio and is one of 6 children and daughter of a master carpenter. She often thought she would grow up to be a carpenter too and Footprints is now the closest she has come to realize this dream of working hard to bless others with beautiful floors.

She has been married now for 36 years to her best friend, Peter. They were blessed with two precious sons, Morgan and Trevor. Renee had the honor of homeschooling her sons and leading the county homeschool association. She has worked at the local hospital and then branched out on her own- with much support and assistance from Peter- to run a successful homecare agency for over 10 years. She was blessed to serve the seniors in the community and help them to age in place in the comfort of their own homes. She also cared for her own mother in their home.

Cynthee is the proud owner of Footprints of Western Nevada where she has lived for nearly four decades. Cynthee brings her servant spirit, leadership and customer service and professionalism to the flooring industry. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, beekeeping, vermiculture, sewing and preserving food and herbs.

Ben is proud to be the owner of Footprints Kentucky. He is the youngest of five children, was born and raised in Louisville, and learned the values of hard work, commitment, and integrity from his family and community. Ben grew up playing basketball through high school and college and learned the value of teamwork and loyalty from his coaches and teammates. After graduating high school, Ben left Kentucky to attend the University of Dallas to study accounting and continue playing the sport he loved. Ben lived in Texas for 5 years but always felt that Kentucky was where he belonged.

He returned to Louisville to work in accounting and real estate. However, as a homeowner, Ben saw the lack of workmanship and standards in the home renovation industry and decided to provide a solution. When starting Footprints Floors Kentucky, Ben committed to bring the same values that formed him back to his community. From initial estimate to final punch order, Ben strives to provide the best service for the best value by focusing on hard work, commitment, and integrity.

Living in Louisville for over 25 years, Ben is proud to call it home. When not working, you can find him visiting the breweries in Nulu, playing volleyball at J-Town Beach, biking in the Parklands, playing basketball at his church, and touring the Bourbon Trail.

Todd Spoelma is the proud owner of Footprints Grand Rapids. Currently, Todd is primarily serving the Grand Rapids metro area, however his territory spans from Western Michigan, down to Kalamazoo, all the way to Lansing! With plans on expansion in the years to come, Todd is first and foremost pursuing excellence in his immediate community. With a varied background in sales, management and IT, Todd also has a great understanding of managing properties, remodeling homes, and general contracting with regards to residential applications.
